A water soluble, single component, non-ionic, bituminous emulsion, specially designed for priming surfaces subsequently treated with sheets or asphaltic products, and for treating vertical walls, foundations and structures in public works and building.

Fields of application	Superficial protection against humidity in buried concrete structures such as walls, structures, foundations or ducts in public works. Primer for surfaces which subsequently are going to be treated with sheets or asphaltic products, in hot or cold. Primer for expansion joints before filling with asphaltic sealing materials. Impregnating geotextiles, meshes, glass veils, etc.
propiedades	Easy to apply and excellent workability. Odourless and non-inflammable product. Good adherence to construction materials. Weather resistant Resistant to the alkalinity of the cement. Free of VOCs.
consumo	The approximate amount of PROPAM® IMPE BETUPREM depends on the type of application, and can vary between 250 and 500 g/m2 of pure product. For superficial protection against humidity in buried concrete structures in public works, two layers of an approximately final coating must be applied between the two layers of 0,5-0,75 kg/m2 depending on the purpose of the substrate.
