PROPAM® REPAR EPO 93

PROPAM® REPAR EPO 93 is a two-component, low viscosity, solvent-free bonding primer based on epoxy resins, specially designed to guarantee perfect adherence between concrete or fresh mortar and hardened concrete. It complies with the requirements of standard EN 1504-4. It has CE Marking 2+, for uses in building and civil engineering works of all kinds.

Fields of application	Suitable for jobs to structurally reinforce concrete (Principle 4SS, method 4.4 of the EN 1504-9). Increased bearing capacity in the concrete structures by adhering (joining) fresh concrete to hardened concrete. Joining hardened and fresh concretes in concreting joints. Bonding primer between concrete and mortar in structural repairs. Filling fissures and gaps. Bonding adherent for thixotropic epoxy mortars and cement pavements. Bonding primer on wood, stone, fibre cement, etc. Protection against rebar corrosion. Adhesion for PROPAM® CARBOCOM metallic and carbon fibre reinforcement systems.

Since it does not contain solvents, it catalyses without losing volume. High mechanical and abrasion resistance. Resistance to water, caustic soda, weak acids, mineral oils, etc. Easy to mix and apply to any substrate. Low viscosity allows it to be applied with an air-less gun.
consumo	The consumption of PROPAM® REPAR EPO 93 is approximately 200-300 g/m2. and this may vary according to the use, porosity and absorption capacity of the substrate.
