PROPAM® TECH LATEX is a liquid admixture based on acrylic polymers in dispersion, stable in an alkali environment, for improving mortars on site and for preparing primer slurries and bonding primers.

Fields of application	It improves masonry mortars, tile adhesives, joint grouting mortars, screed mortars, etc. Preparing bonding primers and primers for laying fresh mortar on hardened concrete. Preparing mortars for non-structural repairs in concrete, pavements, flakings, renderings. Preparing cement mortars for renderings on concrete and masonry walls.
propiedades	It increases the compactness and impermeability of the mortars. It makes substrate absorption and porosity uniform. It plastifies the mass and allows the water mixing to be reduced. It reduces the risk of fissures appearing in additivated mortars. It improves the adherence of the mortars, particularly on absorbent substrates. It improves the mechanical and abrasion strength of the mortars. Resistant to alkaline environments.
consumo	The consumption of PROPAM® TECH LATEX is approximately 150-250 g/m2 when it is used to prepare bonding primers, and approximately 0.5 -1.5 litres per 25 kg sack of mortar when it is used to improve pre-metered mortars. These amounts are approximate and may vary according to the use, porosity and absorption capacity of the substrate.
