PROPAM® FLOOR LEVEL SPACE MAX is a one-component, polymer-modified, self-leveling, fast-hardening cementitious mortar suitable for leveling, repairing, and smoothing residential floors in thicknesses between 8 and 30 mm.

It complies with the requirements of EN 13813.

Fields of application	Leveling and smoothing of interior concrete and mortar floors. Leveling of residential surfaces with significant irregularities or partial screeds. Suitable for both new construction and renovations. Leveling layer prior to the installation of ceramic tiles, natural stone and marble, vinyl and PVC flooring, carpet and textile flooring, decking, and wood. Suitable for radiant heating systems.
propiedades	High leveling capacity in medium and high thicknesses. Easy application by pouring or pumping. Good workability and a good surface finish. Excellent adhesion and high compaction. Rapid hardening with low shrinkage. Walkable after 4 hours (20°C, 50% RH).
consumo	1.8 kg/m2 per mm of thickness This consumption is theoretical and depends on the condition and roughness of the substrate, so it must be adjusted directly on site.
