PROPAM® FLOOR ACRYL is a single component sealer based on acrylic resins in dispersion for coating or priming concrete or mortar cementitious substrates. Specially designed for coating self-levelling and concrete floors.

Fields of application	Anti-powder treatment for cement pavements in private basements, garages and car parks. Protecting floors made with self-levelling mortars. Seal for printed concrete applications. Protective transparent coating for concrete structures. Application outside and inside.
propiedades	Excellent penetrability and adhesion strength in concrete and mortar substrates. Very good mechanical strength to pneumatic tread marks. It does not modify the appearance of the substrates, and leaves a natural finish. Impermeable to water and grease. Breathable. Permeable to water vapour. Excellent resistance to water stains resulting from waterlogging, 8 hours after it has been applied. Easy to apply, maintain and clean. It does not turn yellowish. Non-toxic, solvent-free, odourless.
consumo	The approximate amount of PROPAM® FLOOR ACRYL used is 100-150 g/m2 according to the porosity and condition of the substrate.
