PROPAM® SEAL AC40

One-component, water-based acrylic sealant that forms an elastic rubber upon evaporation of the water phase, exhibiting excellent adhesion to all types of porous substrates used in construction. It is paintable and odorless. It is resistant to sunlight, ultraviolet (UV) rays, rain, snow, etc. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Contains a fungicide to prevent mold and bacteria growth. Complies with EN 15651 F-EXT-INT.

Fields of application	Sealing of joints and cracks with little movement, firewalls and slabs. Sealing of ventilation and air conditioning ducts. Sealing of low-movement joints in general Pipe sealing, cable routing, etc… Sealing of carpentry on site, sealing of windows and frames on site, filling of joints and cracks.
propiedades	It adheres very well to: glass, galvanized steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, ceramic, polyester, fiberglass, polycarbonate, ABS, polystyrene, rigid PVC, brick, concrete, mortar, limestone, granite, anodized aluminum, polished aluminum, wood, etc…. It is recommended to perform adhesion tests on any material unknown to the user. It does not emit unpleasant odors. It does not contain isocyanates It does not cause corrosion in metals. Easy to extrude, it does not offer much resistance in applicator guns. It remains flexible over a wide temperature range (-15°C to +70°C). There is no contraction of the cord once it has healed. Paintable once cured. CE marking: EN 15651-1 F-EXT-INT, 7.5P A+ certified, product with very low emissions of volatile organic compounds according to ISO 16000
consumo	For a joint 5 mm wide x 5 mm deep, a single 600 ml sausage pack could seal approximately 24 linear meters of joint. Use the following equation: L = 600 / (A x P) L: Sealing length in meters A: Joint width (mm) P: Joint depth (mm)
