Siloxane acrylic coating for facades and primer prior to the PROPAM® COAT TOP range.

Fields of application	In ETIS systems: as a primer before applying the PROPAM® COAT TOP range. Ideal for adjusting surface absorption and homogenising Propam Coat and Propam Coat SLX colours, guaranteeing an excellent final finish. Recommended for façades in areas with humid and rainy climates. Suitable for extreme climates such as the high mountains, coastal areas and marine environments. Sealing, levelling and finishing layer on concrete or mortar surfaces. Particularly suitable for repainting limestone, tempera or cement surfaces. Ideal for painting on hard-to-restore base layers. Façades, refurbishment, exterior/interior decoration, plasterboard panels and most building substrates.

Highly water-repellent to rainwater. Self-cleaning with rainwater. Photocatalytic and decontaminant. High breathability. Excellent water impermeability. Applicable on alkaline substrates. Weather-resistant and high durability. Good brushability, coverage and performance. Minimal shrinkage in sealing. No splashing. On plasterboard and sprayed plaster, it can be applied with an Airless system in one or two coats without continuity problems.
consumo	Approximately 200 g/m2. Varies according to the type and condition of the surface, the absorption of the substrate, the method of application and the degree of dilution.
