PAM® ECOGEL PORCEL

Low dust emissions, cementitious adhesive in gel consistency, with fibres and prolonged open time and which is slip-resistant, and applicable in fluid or in thixotropic consistency, for fixing all kinds of floor tiles, absorbent and non-absorbent, on indoor walls and floors and outdoor floors.

Note: The prefix “ECO” in ECOGEL refers exclusively to its very low emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), certified by GEV with the EMICODE EC1 PLUS classification. It does not imply overall product sustainability.

Fields of application	For fixing ceramic tiles, stoneware, marble, with or without absorption capacity, on outdoor floors and indoor walls and floors on cement mortar supports, concrete or plasterboard plates. Application by superimposing over old renders and ceramic pavements. For fixing small size parts (≤ 30 cm) on pavements with underfloor heating facilities or cooling systems. For fixing large size ceramic parts (≤ 90 cm) on indoor pavements without underfloor heating, and with intense transit. Fixing in damp areas and swimming pools.
propiedades	High adherence strength with any type of tile, even the very low absorption ones. Excellent workability. Slip-resistant, which means it can be applied comfortably in a vertical arrangement, but can also be mixed in fluid consistency for application on large-size pavements and parts. Prolonged open time. Low dust emissions. Gel consistency, very creamy and lightweight. It contains fibres which contribute to greater flexibility and less shrinkage
consumo	The approximate amount of PAM® ECOGEL PORCEL used depends on the floating technique: Floating method: approx. 3 kg/m2. Floating and buttering: approx. 5 kg/m2. These amounts to be used are approximate and may vary according to the state of the support, the type of part and the trowel used.
